Living Wills	No longer make own decisions. While in coma, or dying due to cardiac or respiratory failure.	Death Revival	Death within six months is a medical certainty.
Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care	No longer make own decisions.	Removal of  disability or incapacity	Usually pertains only to medical decisions.
Durable Power of Attorney	Upon delivery to the designated person. Remains effective even upon disability.	When stated in the document or returned to the grantee	Usually pertains only to financial matters. May or may not be accepted by banks, etc.
Power of Attorney	Upon delivery to the designated person	Upon an event stated in the document, upon disability, or returned to the grantor of power.	Very limited acceptance.
